We offer a Guaranteed Free Next Working Day Delivery service on all orders over the value of £35, if the goods are in stock. We understand that you need the cardboard boxes urgently, and that our service is important to you, if the goods you order are "Out of Stock" we will send out your order as soon as the goods become available again. If for any reason we cannot source the items we will contact you to inform you.
If you order online you will be able to select your delivery options and costs before you submit your credit card details. If you order offline you will be notified of delivery costs.
All our moving boxes are despatched flatpacked for ease of carrying and are sealed in strong 500gauge polythene tubing for protection.
Standard "Next-Working-Day Delivery" to UK Mainland Only Including London: Orders received Mon-Thurs before 4.00pm will be delivered NEXT WORKING DAY to anywhere within the UK mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and Ireland.
"Next-Working-Day Delivery" applies to weekday/working days only. i.e. An order placed before 3.30pm on Friday will not be delivered until Monday (Unless the Saturday supplement is paid). Orders placed Saturday, Sunday or later than 3.30pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday*.
"Free Next-Working-Day Delivery": We offer "Free Next-Working-Day Delivery" on ALL orders of more than £35.00 net value. "Free Next-Working Day Delivery" also applies to all our Multi Packs.
Standard Delivery Charges: For orders below £35.00 net value our standard delivery charge is £9.99
Additional Delivery Charges for Special Deliveries:
Saturday before Noon £20.00
Next Day before Noon £10.00
There are no extra charges for standard next working day delivery for storage boxes to London.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Isle Of Man then please contact us for price.
*Please note at Bank Holidays, orders placed after 3.00pm Friday (3.00pm Thursday at Easter) and over a Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Wednesday.
If you know you will not be at home to accept delivery, or simply need to "pop out” please leave our carrier a signed note as to where he can leave your order. Perhaps the shed, garage, porch or neighbour. Our couriers will however, if no reply is received, attempt to leave the goods with a neighbour as we know how important it may be for you to receive your order. If you do not wish this to happen then please instruct us not to do so.
We will make every effort to deliver removal boxes within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time, please contact us by email or telephone. No1Box will not be held responsible for delivery concerns that are outside of their control. i.e couriers, weather etc although we will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
